Data integrity in every synchronization.
The most common inventory errors result from overwritten data, improper deletions, and silent failures. CAASM integrations were designed to prevent all three.
Records kept per source
Each source records its own information with a date. No tool overwrites another, which preserves the traceability of every data point.
Unavailability handled
When a tool becomes unavailable, its information is flagged as outdated, and no asset is removed from the inventory.
Controlled deletion
An asset is removed only when the source delivers its complete list and the asset is absent from it. Partial updates never remove records.
Integration security
Minimal access and protected credentials.
- Read-only. CAASM queries your tools without changing any configuration.
- Credentials in a vault. They are stored encrypted and never exposed in logs, error messages, or API responses.
- Customer isolation. Each company's data is kept in a dedicated database.
- Network control. All calls pass through a filter that blocks unauthorized internal destinations.
- From the console. The team selects the tool, provides a read-only credential, and validates the connection.
- No development required. The platform handles pagination, API rate limits, and field mapping.
- Continuous synchronization. The inventory is updated every cycle, without manual exports.
