- Tickets in the client's ITSM. Vulnerabilities become tickets in the client's Jira or ServiceNow, with synchronized status and remediation guidance.
Collection runs inside each client's network and reaches the console over an encrypted channel with mutual authentication. There are four scan modes: unauthenticated network, authenticated network, agent and hybrid, with OT and IoT coverage.

Can one client see another client's data?
No. Client separation is enforced in the database, and each user receives module-level permissions based on their role.
How does billing work?

How does collection reach each client's network?
Collection runs inside the client's network and sends data to the console over an encrypted channel with mutual authentication. Scans can run over the network, with or without credentials, through an agent or in hybrid mode.
Does the platform support regulated clients?
Yes. Reports cover CIS Controls v8, NIST CSF and PCI DSS 4.0, with attestation. BeforeTHEM is not a PCI ASV, so the quarterly external scan required by PCI DSS still has to be performed by an approved ASV.
